The media could not be loaded. It's a total nightmare from start, from delivery who collapsed our garden wall.To the leaks and buckling of the roof to putting felt on the whole of the back of summerhouse due to leaks,due to cheap materials,as you can see the roof buckling inside and it's getting worse,our furniture has had to be covered up and the carpet is soaking..It's ruined everything we hoped for ,especially with my wife being very ill and disabled. Please can you rectify thing issue ASAP it's leaking everywhere.

just for a bit of balance, i bought this summerhouse 6 years ago, its 12 * 8It did take a couple of days to build with my lad and whilst the instructions were not the best it was pretty easy to work out how to build a shed. Yes it took a bit of "fettlin" but for less than a grand at the time i didn't expect a graded listed building. We made it into a bar and installed Sky Q, Alexa, a beer fridge and a multitude of football memorabilia. The building has its own electrical supply and fuse box which was installed by a spark.6 years on and its still bone dry, although i am about to re roof with a rubber cover, and all the electrics are still intact.We did fully clad the insides and roof last year with plastic wood effect cladding, its looks fantastic.Its served us well and many family booze ups with live footy and rugby have been had. oh and i cover it with "osmo"..

I have had to purchase additional timbers to make it sturdy.Nothing fits correctly as poorly manufactured,Damaged parts, short of roof slats, nothing was straight, absolute joke,Doors do not fit need planing downIf I didn’t have the joiner knowledge and correct tools this would have been burnt as an absolute disgrace, as not sure how they can send crap out like this for the money spent,Disgusting to be honest,

Bought this summer house and wasted our money. It is very badly made, nothing measures up and as you can see from the picturesThat it is not remotely like glass and you can hardly see out of them. My husband has had to alter and saw every bit to fit.Would not recommend

Waste of money and time DO NOT BUY!!!Very very difficult instructions... Very confusing and badly written. On the pictures here it looks sturdy but it's not. Calling a summerhouse is a lie. It's a shed with just pretend-like windows. We had to. All someone to help us as pieces given were not in real size and had no idea how to fix. The person who delivered it didn't even put the pieces in our garden it had to be my husband to do all the job. Shame on them to put suhigh price. I thought wood was good because of price.
