this jam has almost no sugar and yet it test like other jams that are filled with sugar hence I believe that this product is done with love and respect for sugar is the enemy number one for our health

Putting on porridge mainly. . As a Diabetic type 2 I require the absence of sugar. As Kidneys are too high in Potassium Blueberries are good as low in Potassium compared to other fruits. Not as sweet as Blueberry jam and a bit like stewed Blueberries but just the right amount of Stevia to sweeten which some say leaves an aftertaste which I did not suffer from. I would miss it !

Stirred the contents well but it is still like blueberries mixed in water. Too runny to be called jam. Not sure if I have gotten a bad batch or not. Would probably get around 10 toasts to cover out of the jar.....no real flavour to be honest...Would I buy again? No, but I might just order another flavour to rule out the bad batch suspicion...

I keep this on my side table and have a slurp of it when l get hungry, it stops me eating a pack of biscuits and is only a couple of calories

I recently tried the GOOD GOOD Sweet Raspberry Jam, and it's a delightful treat. The texture is nice and jelly-like, and the sweetness is quite pronounced. However, given my current focus on gut health, the use of sweeteners in this jam doesn't align with my current preferences.While the jam is keto-friendly and low in calories without added sugars, the sweeteners used might not be the best choice for those prioritizing gut health. Nevertheless, I acknowledge that taste preferences and dietary priorities vary, and for someone not currently emphasizing gut health, this jam could be a real winner.

GOOD GOOD Sweet Like Syrup - Maple Syrup. Has a very tiny hint of maple flavour but hardly any at all. The one I usually use is a little runny but has a good flavour. I might use this in place of a regular sweetener, rather than throw it away, but as a maple syrup it is a complete waste of money

This jam is made with Stevia, whose underlying taste is slightly bitter, no mistaking. Though other customers rave about it, in all honesty I cannot because ~In the US it's not FDA approved' and in the UK some say Stevia is 'not safe'. My husband doesn't like this jam's taste anyway, and he is Type 2 Diabetic. He asked me to rate this jam 2 stars: He binned it.Because once opened, for health reasons the jam cannot be sent back for refund.

I use this jam every morning on sourdough toast with butter and blueberry jam. It is absolutely delicious, and does not contain a lot of sugar.

This strawberry jelly is great we have tried a few other flavors of jelly from GoodGood and they were awesome too. I highly recommend this for any one on a low glycemic diet or diabetic or like me on keto!

Las mermeladas de la mara Good Good son una buena opción para los que estamos haciendo la dieta Keto. Se parecen mucho a las normales pero menos dulces. Esta en concreto está muy rica. Como todos estos productos son un poco más caras que las normales, pero si buscas mermeladas que sean sean lo más parecidas a las tradicionales, las de esta marca son una buena opción.
