Amazing!!!!
This knife is amazing! I work at Hutchins BBQ and the balance is precise and the knife is so comfortable. Not only was it comfortable but stood out to everyone. The sharpness on it is incredibly sharp it made all the meats feel like I was cutting butter.A beautiful design and easy to control. 10/10 recommend this knife if you cut long pieces of meat. The length on it makes it easy for longer cuts. Will buy more of this company’s products

Ordered in Jan 2023 - Absolutely loved it. Then I loved it for several months more. Then I made a careless mistake which caused me great sadness. There was a card in the box that said; "If you're not happy, we're not happy" contact us. So I did...They sent me a brand new replacement!I am still using the original knife, my careless mistake did not effect the functionality of this incredible blade. I love, love, love this terrific knife, this amazing company, their dedication to the quality of their blades. Their above and beyond customer service has earned them a loyal, repeat customer. You should become one too.
