The perfect outdoor screen!
One of my biggest wants when we re-did my backyard was the ability to install an outdoor movie theater. I did not want just a regular TV (as I wanted a large screen) and I did not want to have to set-up and take down a standalone screen nor have one that just was open to the elements if I left it up. This was the perfect solution. I only take this down during the winter (the mounting clips make this so easy). It hangs under the eaves on my garage so it never really gets wet or punished by our Midwest weather swings which helps. It is smooth to operate. It gives a great picture with our Epson projector. It comes with several different options for ties downs when it is windy out, though I have only had to use them once. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an outdoor projector screen they want to keep outside and not take down often.

Dead on Arrival
I cannot believe how many things were wrong with this projector screen the moment I tried to use it. For $2500 I didn't expect this thing to shoot me into space but I did expect the basic functions to work. Major issues:1. Tension string was not wound properly and was all bunched up inside the chassis. One side has way too much slack and the other had too little. It was wound so poorly in the first place I couldn't figure out how this was even designed in the first place.2. Screen had no concept of where to stop so just kept rolling back on itself to wind up after winding down. Had to use remote backwards to get it to go back up.3. After mounting and using the VERY FIRST time I could not get it to roll back up without some serious trouble. It was bunching up on one side because the tension string wasn't wrapped correctly.4. After getting it to roll back up, I started the warranty process and needed the SN, which is just inside the bar on the screen. So I needed to roll down the screen 2 inches and guess what??? I guess this is a single use motor because it wouldn't even try to open again. Was able to angle my eyeball into the opening to see the SN luckily.5. I could see the warranty stickers had been previously messed with - one picture shows the curling of the sticker which makes it extremely obvious I am not the first recipient of this broken string and I can't wait to see if/how this gets pinned on me.Overall - I couldn't possibly be more upset. I have other Elite Screens, even electric series, in my house which actually work and work well. Had the same expectation for this since I paid a mint for it.It is extremely clear to me someone either didn't do their job properly in QA, or is trying to pin a broken return or bad refurb on me as a new item. Not sure if it's Amazon or ES who did this, but now I have a lot of other investment (e.g. projector, casing, underdecking, speakers, bluetooth adapters, etc.) DOING NOTHING right now because someone decided to ship me a clearly broken screen. This is definitely not a shipping issue, this left the warehouse broken. Will update this review if I make any progress. I plan to give Amazon/ES a chance to make this right by providing a functional replacement for this astronomical price, but so far not off to a great start.

Hardworking customer care reps
Our screen arrived and worked beautifully for a time, but something had happened during shipping to here in Hawai'i, and after a couple of months, the motor stopped working properly. The team at Elite worked tirelessly to make sure that we were well taken care of. Melissa in customer service went above and beyond, and I'm incredibly grateful. The screen itself is very high-quality and the dual-projection function is invaluable.

Damage screen / Resolved
My initial review: Screen mechanism internally broken in shipping. Contact with Elite Screen to resolve is unanswered. Awaiting Elite Screens resolve.Updated: New screen has been sent (no personal contact at all from Elite Screen to me) and arrived in undamaged perfect condition. Installed easily and operates correctly with no issues. Image on the screen is crisp and clear.

Product is a joke and customer service is horrible
Didn't heed the other nightmare warnings here. It seems like when things work, the product sounds great, but if you have an issue, get ready to be ignored and have to chargeback.I received shipment (Pilot was the carrier) maybe 3 weeks before I was actually able to mount this thing. The box looked in decent shape and I opened the box and checked the unit to make sure it didn't have any damage. It didn't seem to.After installing I tested lowering using the remote. Cool! I tested raising it and it stopped 2 feet short of fully retracting. I lowered it again and tested raising again. The screen was maybe 1 foot short this time. I did it again and the motor pulled the bottom metal piece so hard against its own housing that it bent the housing, bent the bottom metal part, and then the entire screen fell all the way out.I have now called their support phone line for 3 days straight with no response (always kicks to VM). I've left voice messages and filled out their website form.Reading other 1 star reviews, if they ever even answer me, I'm expecting them to require me to ship this at my expense which is definitely not happening.1. They can cross ship a new one2. Pilot (or whoever) will have to come grab this thing. The screen isn't even in the housing anymore so packing up in the box it came in isn't going to work very well.3. If the above 2 points don't happen, I'll have to execute a chargeback and have the city come pick this piece of trash up.

Bought in 2018, still very happy
We bought the 120” version back in 2018 summer for $360 from Amazon. Ours is mounted below a balcony so it is a little bit protected. Still the mechanism works great. We upgraded to a 4k projector this summer and we are blown away by the image quality. Highly recommended.
