I give it 5 stars for effectiveness. I could tell I was getting sick one day. I drank two cups and the next, no sniffles. But the taste, well that's another story. But Elderberry is not a great tasking tea. I paired it with another tea with flavor and it overshadowed Elderberry's bitterness just fine.

Love the fresh taste from this tea, relaxing and I really think it has a lot to do with why my cold did not worsen. I drank this daily! Taste so good! Trust me, you will love it!

Do not use if you are immune suppressed related to drug therapy

The blackberry taste is almost non-present, so the taste is mostly the same flowery sweetness of echinacea of other teas. However, it works, it's calming and if you feel a bit sickish it'll ease the pain a bit. Great price, I strongly recommend this tea.

Every time I feel like I'm getting a cold or not feeling great I use this. The goji berry and cranberry flavor for this tea have a little sweet flavor too it and they are not bitter. I notice I feel better after drinking this every morning for a week.
