Isolates tile and silences creaking OSB subfloors
This product works well and silenced the poorly installed OSB subfloors in our large bath. You do not have to go straight to tile installation, in my case I installed the Stratamat and came back the next day to lay my tile and it worked out perfectly. This method of matting will require tons of mortar to get the job done but until they device a better method, this beats the heck out of backerboard and insane screw patterns.

Stable flooring for tile
Floor came out great with no signs of problems after 9 months. Follow directions and it was easy to use.

Worked out great! Easy to handle, cut and place. So much easier that hauling heavy sheet of backerboard and much cleaner to work with.

Stratamat is great!!
Great product. I love that they sell this on Amazon. Our local tile supplier was selling this for more even after our contractors discount. So this worked out great.

Great substitute for CBU
Ditra clone, cheaper and cures faster because of reliefs in the product, not water-proof like Ditra though. Much faster and easier than cbu, excellent crack prevention.

Seems to be a good product
Seems to be good - should be less expensive for a plastic mat. Like that it went down easy and keeps the floor elevation lower than the cement board.
