Cleaner ingredients option
This is the only brand of pain reliever we use for our toddler. We rest assured knowing that it has cleaner ingredients than most leading brands. It will also be a staple in our medicine cabinet and we appreciate the affordable and comparable cost to other medicines.Toddler takes it very well so assuming it doesn’t taste horrible!

Honest review from 1st time MOM!
This is our second time purchasing this brand of infant Tylenol. We love:• NO Dyes, artificial sweeteners, preservatives, fillers, or flavor• It is just as effective as other brand name Tylenol brands but you can feel comfort knowing it doesn’t have anything extra in it• You stick the end of the syringe into the bottle which helps prevent any messThings to note:• You do need to shake well before each use which is disclosed on the back of the bottle.• My child is now 7 months and he personally doesn’t love the flavor now. He didn’t mind it a few months ago but now we have a difficult time• It is very sticky! There have been times where my son has spit it out and leaves a sticky mess all of his face, clothes etc. Also, the bottle has become very sticky as well so make sure you wipe everything down well before storing in an UPRIGHT position.Overall, we value this product being clean and effective which is why we will choose to use this over others!

honest 1st time mom review
The media could not be loaded. I really like this brand because it’s a lot cleaner than the normal Tylenol brand, it has no dyes andis more natural.I know some people are concerned about if it works the same as Tylenol, but I have used both Tylenol and Genexa and honestly my baby seems to enjoy Genexa the most, although the flavor kind of sucks but it’s the same for both of them, (They both taste really gross) but I just say your baby doesn’t like the taste of either Tylenol or the Genexa i would syringe it in while they have their pacifier or maybe just mix it in with their milk and it’ll be a little bit easier for them to take. Also, the syringe works really well and it’s really easy to clean so I didn’t have any problems with that, You also don’t need to use the syringe it came with. It’s just because each syringe has different measurements for the milliliters so like the regular Tylenol brand goes by 1.25mL, 2.5mL and the Genexa goes by 1 mL 2 mL 3 mL.It worked really great to ease the pain after my child got their shots so that is really the only reason we’ve been using it and luckily she hasn’t gotten sick so we haven’t had to use it for fever.I would say the worst thing about this is the actual bottle. It’s really not that tight. The bottle leaks a lot so I have a bunch of like the syrup/stickiness on the sides/ridges where you twist it so that kind of sucks, but it doesn’t mess with what is actually used for so that’s why I don’t mind it.

SAVE YOUR MONEY—Buy Children’s Instead!
PARENTS READ THIS—I learned from my pediatrician that the ONLY difference between the infants’ and the children’s versions of acetaminophen is the price tag and whether or not it comes with a dosage syringe. Both are 160 mg per 5 mL. Buy the Genexa Children’s to save ~75% of the cost ($7-$8 for 4 oz of the Children’s instead of $9-$11 for 2 oz of the Genexa Infants’). Then buy the EZY Dose Dosage Korcs with the 5 mL syringe to make drawing out the medicine a breeze since the children’s doesn’t come with a syringe. It’ll save you so much $$$ in the long haul!!! (Note that ibuprofen products are different; you will need to buy the infants’ version of ibuprofen for children under 2; this is only applicable to acetaminophen. Always consult with your pediatrician about medications and dosages for your child!)As a bonus tip, get the Frida Baby Accu-Dose Paci to save yourself the grief of trying to administer medicine to a fussy sick baby!!! It comes with a syringe with dosages for both ibuprofen and acetaminophen, making it extremely versatile.Other than being extremely overpriced, this is a good product! I love that it has better ingredients compared to other acetaminophen’s and I think the blueberry flavor is yummy (although my baby doesn’t care for any taste other than breastmilk at this point). I echo other parents who say it is very sticky from the agave, and it needs to be stored upright and shaken before administering.

I am a fan of the clean ingredients
I like that this brand is transparent in its ingredients, how to use and effectiveness. Our 10month old has had a few teething bouts where the only discomfort we see is at night when she sleeps (lucky us lol) and this has come in clutch! The blueberry smell was initially a bit strong but I’ve grown to like it. We took one bottle overseas with us on our trip to visit Australia which was three flights and lots of travel; I had no leaks or issues with the bottle. I like that the syringe that is included has big writing to see the dosage and isn’t loaded with info.If you’re looking for a clean and transparent means of pain relief for your little one, I’d recommend this brand.

Very sweet
I recently tried Genexa Acetaminophen for pain relief for my daughter, and while it worked well for easing her symptoms, I found the taste to be quite overly sweet. The flavor, though meant to be palatable, might be too intense for some, especially for those who prefer less sugary options. While it's great that Genexa uses cleaner ingredients compared to some other brands, the sweetness level was a bit overwhelming for my liking. That said, the product itself did its job effectively in terms of relieving pain and reducing fever. It’s a good option if you prefer a more natural, non-GMO product, but be prepared for a strong, sweet aftertaste. If the flavor were toned down, it would be perfect for me.Pros:Effective pain reliefClean, natural ingredientsNon-GMOCons:Very sweet tasteMight not be suitable for those sensitive to sugary flavors
