The audio quality is decent for inexpensive inner-ear headphones. Nothing exceptional, but you shouldn't expect it from something in this price range. The microphone quality is nothing to write home about, but the people I'm calling don't have any trouble hearing me.I can't comment too much on build quality as these are backup headphones that I only use if my Bluetooth headphones are unavailable. The USB-C connector stays snugly in my phone without any issues. They fold up to a very small size, so a pocket-sized headphone case will do nicely for them.Compatibility is fine. It uses standard USB headphone drivers, so no additional driver installation is necessary. Works with my Android phone, and my Windows and Linux PCs. It should work with any device that can use standard USB headphones.A decent pair of inexpensive headphones.

My daughter goes through headphones like they go out of fashion as she chews the wires (she is 17!) but these have been great as an inexpensive set to buy regularly. Have had no issues and the sound quality seems good and the ear bud size isnt too big or uncomfortable. Would recommend.

Good headphones. Not amazing quality but good for everyday use now and then or great to have incase as a backup. Nice length cable and fits my phone with a case on it the tips are comfortable and is easy to use just plug and play

i decided to wait for a while and use them, i have brought so many adapters for my Samsung S21 and S22 phones and they always break within a month or 2.these have been working just fine. i do miss the extra bass of my old earphones but i would buy these again.update -28.08.2023 they stopped working in one ear for some reason on 25.08.2023 but at least they lasted 4 months

Ugreen usually make excellent products but this isn't one of them. Sound is quite thin and the microphone doesn't cope with any external noise at all.

I like these, I've had issues woth other usb c headphones where if you touch the USB c part when it's connected to your phone the sound goes off, but these are brilliant, easy to use, good volume control, good mic, nice size, slim, sound quality is great, comfortable in ears, well worth the money

Bought this in September 2024. Initially good. But the volume has tailed off. Currently the audio output is so low, I have to turn volume up full blast on my phone to just about hear background music. The volume is too low to be able to hear vocal media clearly enough to understand (news, podcasts, spoken radio, audio books etc). Not expensive, but I expect more than 3 months useful life. Almost impossible to work out how to log a query with vendor. On 11th Dec I raised a case with Amazon who will pass on message to vendor. I will update this review with the reply.

The sound quality is good and they fit comfortably.
