Good Product!
These sonic pest repeller devices work very well - give them lots of sunshine to charge them & the red lights keep on blinking, all night long, for several nights (depending on the solar charge). It works even on the wintry nights. Good value for the money (my opinion, as it has worked well for me) & is noiseless and safe around pets. It's durable - still working even after 2 years.

They go on at dusk and off at sunrise.
These so far are working very well. I use them in my chicken coop to keep predators away, I have them mounted about 12” off the ground right into my coop. I put screws all around my coop so I can move them every few days. This is what the instructions said to do so the predator won’t get use to the same route. I received further instructions and one year warranty in an email after the lights arrived which is great to have if they stop working. So far-so good! They flash a red light and should keep animals away. I charged them I. The sun for a full two days as advised and they’ve worked great. I’ve had them for about one month. Every 3-4 days I just life it off the screw and move it to another screw we strategically placed several around the coop. They don’t shine in the coop do they don’t bother the hens. The flashes outward. Good but so far!

Useless, waste, and gimmick come to mind…
At a friend’s recommendation I purchased the 4 pack. He swears these things work but I think he was just pranking me. We live on a couple acres wooded side of a small mountain once rural now suburban area. The deer population is out of control with no predators other than cars (stupid deer in the roads). They are not cute as silly city folk think. They are more destructive than rats, carpenter bees, and woodpeckers. Don’t even get me started on the deer tick problems in the area. If the deer aren’t eating everything they are either rubbing the bark off tree trunks or during rutting season stomping the yard and anything else in their way. See the picture attached for what’s left of an arborvitae. The little red lights are these things. Useless! Over the years we’ve tried everything including predator urine, human urine (although that was a hilarious beer party with my buds), human hair from the local barber shop (he had a good laugh), wolf blood, Irish Spring soap, fresh manure (we avoided the back yard for weeks) and things I’m not remembering. The only thing I have found is smelly spray on repellent. The stinkier the better. There are some good natural based products that are egg garlic and other smelly stuff based. Only draw back is you have to keep reapplying every couple weeks, after rain, and lose effectiveness in really cold weather. Or just give up (stupid deer). Good luck but save your money and don’t bother with the blinky red lights. Just doesn’t work.

Worked only for awhile
I have outdoor cat children to protect. I fear coyotes are getting closer to my area. It was working very well keeping critters out. I bought 6 and put everywhere and been moving around the yard. But disappointed - the annoying critters too smart, figured it out and are back. The raccoons to use my pool. Iguanas are in my mango tree, constantly pooping from high branches by my lawn chair, same spot! Lights work well and charge well.

Effective
Seem to be working great.

They flash nicely.
They don't seem to repel any of the animals that like our plants and bushes, but they blink well at night and might be mistaken for burglar alarms so I keep them flashing to scare off stupid thieves?

Not reliable
Lasted 2 months and didn’t keep the critters away from my bird feeders. Another failed product

It Works
Had them up for about a week and all the animal activity in my backyard has really decreased. I've had everything from feral cats and raccoons to coyotes. It's recommended to move them around from time to time and since my dog "told" me something was in the yard last night I plan to do that today. I'm very happy so far. They also seem to hold up very well in bad weather
