Great
This is a great alternative to oral medicine as I have an aversion to pills and liquids really helps with period pain. Couldn't be without now even helps with common colds!

Patches do help with pain
These do work. Patches aren't very big but they are very sticky. This is a better alternative to gel and tablets.

The item was good and relieved the pain. Not a bad price either.

Stickyness
Is difficult to say on because very flimsy and tends to come off on skin bends. Otherwise works as it should regards pain killer etc, etc.

Works well - if you can make it stay on
These work well - if you can make them stay on! Some body parts work better than others. They advise you to prep the skin with alcohol first, which helps a bit, as does exfoliating the skin with a scrub first. Worn under clothes I find they quickly curl up at the edges, then the exposed adhesive catches in the fabric which pulls on it some more - sometimes ripping it right off if I move too quickly. The instructions say not to cover the patch, which is breathable, with another dressing, but I've found no other way to keep the things stuck to my hip! I wear a massive - and also expensive - Tegaderm film dressing over the top. It's a lot of money for something that doesn't stay stuck on to do its job, but if you can keep it in place for 24hrs and use one for 2 or 3 days, the pain relief is excellent.

Best patches for backpain!
The only patches that help with my backpain! Cannot recommend them enough!

Waste of money
These were a complete waste of time and money. Simply impossible to apply to the small of my back. No matter how careful, they fold and stick to themselves, impossible to pull flat again, and trying to apply to a place you can't see -- nightmare. And their "directions" show how to apply on an arm as example. Back to sprays and creams.

Good pain relief but jez is that too expensive to use regularly
A pain patch that actually works. But the price hurts worse than my knees do.... Despite the advice not to, you absolutely can cut them into squares with a set of kitchen scissors eg 3x2. They still work for minor aches and pains throughout the day this way, with the full patch only being necessary for something like a thrown back. It sticks well but does try to peel off with tighter clothes. Not that big a deal. Pain relief usually lasts 8-10h for me, results may vary with your pain tolerance and pain-killer tolerances. Honestly though, despite the price, definitely worth trying but unless your made of money, find a way do not rely on them daily.
