It works
Replaced an old dryer exhaust vent which had been damaged by the installers. This worked fine. The only issue was that it was a very tight fit into the wall vent and I had to spend considerable time getting the fit. It fit perfectly in the dryer end. Once installed, it has been working fine.

Great Vent for My Dryer
I bought this duct for my dryer to replace the all aluminum one bought from Lowes. The all aluminum one was a real pain to install and then it did not stay in place. The all aluminum one was difficult to install over the vents, it cut my hands, and once expanded would not readily return to the compressed form.This flexible duct was great. It readily went over the vent on the dryer and the vent to the outside of the house -- the outside one was not a perfect circle shape. The PVC material readily went over the vents and then allow the clamps to secure into place. The PVC material was also great because it did not easily cut my hands. Finally, the duct behaved like a "Slinky". You could easily expand it and when you let it go it readily return to the compressed form. I could easily shape the duct in order to fit between the dryer and the wall.Great Product.

This is the one you want!
I plan to order a backup of this. It has the attachment screw on things (that I don't know the name of) already attached so it took me all of 3 minutes to attach both sides then push the dryer back in place!

Much better than the first one.
After returning a dryer vent I purchased at a home store because it was cheaply made and impossible to install, I bought this one. With the help of my grandson who is visiting, we had this one installed quickly. It is much stronger and goes on perfectly. I give me approval for this one to anyone who needs a new dryer vent.

Too tight!
I tried using this on my speed queen dryer, while it does work, it’s way too tight. I do really like the attachment piece. I think I’m going to toss those house and just keep the connectors.
