Great product. Only downside is not knowing whether this was sustainably sourced, especially since Rhodiola rosacea is a threatened species because of over harvesting it’s taproots which take at least 5 years to mature.

It comes with a mini scoop I add to my coffee in the morning seems to help mood and energy than not using.
