Good permanent exercise mat
This mat is soft, durable and large! It has a bottom that won't slip even on a workout with a lot of movement. It can also be used as an equipment mat

Excellent product
This pad looks really nice. It is about 6mm thick, dense, and yet soft. I placed it under the treadmill to protect the hardwood floor. The pad not only protects the floor, but also helps reduce the treadmill noise.

I was impressed with this purchase. It is exactly as pictured and very sturdy. Rolls up very easily for storage, easy to clean, not heavy. It's decent padding if you are doing floor work and it's a good nonslip surface for your step bench. Also, it stays nice and flat after you unroll it.
