One of my all time favorite spice blends. Great product from spice lab. Great for all food applications.

A real solid Herbs de Provence blend. One common issue with these blends is containing too much lavender (which is great for some dishes, not so great for a lot of others), and the Spice Labs blend contains just the right amount of lavender for the for the high percentage of dishes that call for less lavender. I keep on hand a high lavender and lower lavender blend, and the Spice Labs is perfect for the lower lavender blend.

I haven’t been able to find Herbs de Provence for months! Not only do they have them, but I got a great amount for a wonderful price. The first time the herbs hit the skillet and the house filled with their wonderful aroma I knew this was a great quality product. The flavor really came through. Will definitely order again!

This is the best way to create Freshness for Chicken, Lamb, Pork dishes.

This is a good mix but it is missing the fennels seeds to complete the herbs to Provence. Try adding some to the mix and it is ten times better l.

This is just as expected. I haven’t used it as of yet, but my feelings are if it smells good, it will taste good. I store it in a mason type jar that was actually a well known spaghetti sauce jar that looks very much like a mason jar.
