Good and strong cage. Easy to assembled.

Cage is not strong enough . It has to be strengthened using external reinforcement material to withstand weight of 30-40kg dog. Inadequate clips are fitted or given to use after assembly resulting in weak cage. Manufacturer does not have basic knowledge to construct a simple cage. In fact I’m remodelling the cage for effective use incurring additional cost.

The tray below the cage is broken at 2 of the sides. The quality should be checked by the seller before packing. The shipping box is completely fine but the product is damaged.Rest the cage is of good quality.

Packaging was good. There are rusts in two to three connecting rings. The doors & locks are little bit tight. Could be better if the cage bottom wire brackets were narrower than wider. I have placed 2 tiles inside the cage bcz the cats feel uncomfortable in the wider wire brackets as often the cat legs go inside the bracket and touch the tray. Overall it does it’s purpose & No complaints from my side as it clearly mentioned as Dog cage. Took 7 days to deliver. Affordable price when compared with other online websites and nearby petshops.

The media could not be loaded.  Applied for refund because it was so disappointing seeing the package however after assembling it now it’s hard to fold and with heavy heart I have to find a way to cancel the replace option . Like my dada suggested.. will have to buy mseal and see if I can fix the tray. My beagle is super hyper. Thanks to this damaged product since I have to go hardware shop and buy extra products to fix tray and to make sure the cage is more stable.

Everything about this product is very nice.Only problem felt in this cage is that it locking section is less secure, my dog can easily open the door by shaking his hands on it. It would be perfect if there a lock for the door or a much stronger door.

My chihuahua was always peeing on the edge of the training pads so pee was getting everywhere and I had to clean and disinfect the floor several times a day. I first bought the special training pad holder on amazon but my dog didn't want to go on it for some reason so I tried to find an alternative.This is amazing! It has been more than a month since I purchased this and my dog pees on the pad every time. He doesn't pee on the edge anymore so I don't even have to clean the tray. The tray helps him "aim" correctly.I took the 36 inch long tray and a normal sized pad (21 inch) fits great on it because the width of the tray is approximately 21 inch.I think it is a pretty common problem so maybe this review can help someone.

Arrived quickly to my door and it was fantastic not to have to do much lifting - I purchased the 42 and it’s over 50 lbs. Minimal packaging which I appreciate. Easy to assemble. I had to laugh a bit that the instructions were sandwiched inside the folded crate and I admit I was initially puzzled how to get it undone, but a quick internet search told me about the clips holding it together and after that, it was easy enough to put it together. The crate is not quite 43” as described everywhere but I had called Midwest and they assured me it was 42 ¾ - I had a tight space to put it in so needed to know.Once I had it together I realized there was a chunk broken on the pan. I used Amazon’s link to reach out to Midwest and they answered me in UNDER 20 MINUTES!! That is downright amazing. I sent a photo and my receipt, they asked me to confirm a few numbers on the crate, and they are shipping me a replacement.This Ultima is replacing a competitor’s crate that was half the price but that my new rescue dog damaged in a few weeks and completely destroyed in 10 months. He was only in it for a few hours every day but is 75 lbs of powerful “don’t you dare leave me and go to the store” strong. The top of the old crate was bending inward and the door had to be secured with multiple clips or he’d break it open. When a few welds broke making it dangerous, it was time to replace. This is the model I chose and while he’s only been using it for a few days I am very pleased with my purchase.A cheaper crate with the same double door feature might work for your dog but not mine. It’s clearly sturdier, the door secures with a latch top and bottom, and the company is amazing to deal with.Midwest does offer the iCrate as an less expensive option and based on my interaction with them, I highly recommend any crate from Midwest.

When my dog totally chewed my daughter’s Dog Crate pad to pieces I had to find another in a hurry. Amazon was the answer as it arrived in two days, was the correct size and cost less than any I could find elsewhere, which would have taken weeks to arrive. The dog has learned not to rip things apart even when he really wants to, but he only spends short amounts of time on the crate. . .guess we’ve both learned a lesson.

We bought the smaller, 36 inch crate from this company when we adopted a 9 month old puppy. Our dog turned out to be bigger than expected, so we recently purchased the larger 42 inch size crate. there was a delay in shipping, but it eventually came. it is a very well made crate, easy to assemble, easy to disassemble and move, comes with handles to make it easier to move the crate when assembled. i really like the flexibility of having 2 doors, front and side, depending on crate placement in room. very happy with quality of crate.

Really a little disappointed in the quality of this pan. This pan is already cracked. I have had other crates with the original pans that lasted for years - this one did not even make it a month before cracking. Update March 16, 2019 - the pan now has 2 8 to 10 inch cracks that I have had to mend with gorilla tape. Since it is a 42 inch crate with pan one would expect a large dog to be in it (female about 80 pounds) it should hold up much better than this. I am really annoyed since this was a replacement for a pan that had been used for approx 15 years and only recently cracked
