Absolutely love this cleansing balm. I used to buy a different brand but the price went up and I bought this one instead since it was a little cheaper. It works great for waterproof makeup and waterproof mascara melts right off without ruining your lashes. I also have sensitive skin and eyes and this cleansing balm does not burn at all. It's great for sensitive skin. Ingredients are high quality, highly recommend this product.

I've been looking for a more reasonably priced makeup remover than the tatcha oil I love. Nothing seemed to remove my eye makeup, but I tried this and it's fantastic.

Works like a charm! Have yet to find something better! Best value for the money! It lasts an entire month for me. So gentle on my sensitive dry skin, it takes off all my makeup effectively without stripping my skin's natural barrier, leaves absolutely NO residue, no flakiness after, my skin is soft, and is great for any time of day! I recommend using lukewarm to cool water for rinsing. the balm is not icky at all, it feels smooth and pleasant on the face. Please give this company a try!

I like the easiness in using this cleansing balm. I haven't used cleansing balm before so I am unaware if this product is special in that regard or if it works better than the rest. I just know it works the way the description says for me and as my first product it's set a good standard.You needn't use very much to cover your face and massage the balm to remove makeup. It does feel sort of greasy on the face, but not like vaseline. As other reviewers have mentioned, it melts into your skin while massasing it around your face. It rinses off well with warm water. It's an interesting consistency and thickness, although perhaps thickness isn't the right word since it isn't heavy or thick like creams. The description says there is a scent but as it's very light. I can't handle strong scents and it doesn't bother me.I personally do not wear a lot of makeup and cannot speak to how effective it is with waterproof lashes or mascara. My skin is prone to dryness and I haven't had issues with it worsening my dryness. I typically pair it with a foam cleanser, for double cleansing method, to ensure all dirt and makeup is removed completely, but it can be used alone and I think it would be effective. My preference is for both but it doesn't mean the cleansing balm by itself isn't enough. When I rinse the balm off it washes off easily and I don't have to keep using water to remove the lather. I like it and for the cost it's an affordable choice. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because I don't know if it's better than other cleansing balms and I don't think it's a fair result to give it top marks without comparing to others. I may do so once this runs out but we'll see.
