Molino Antimo Caputo '00' Flour + Semola Flour (2+1 bags)

This flour is the right grind for a really good pizza dough. The Semola was used on the peel and first roll out of the dough. Works very well and will not burn like flour will in the oven.

The 00 flour look great with exp date over a year. However, the semola flour exp in less that 7 months not good.

Received on March 21 and product expires in a month! Vendor is clearly selling older product.
