Cleveland Kraut Sauerkraut 4-pack (Whiskey Dill Sauerkraut)

Just got my order & double checked online as photo I ordered is a jar of kraut and this came in a baggie. Sounds like may be the same thing but jar was available when I placed my order this afternoon&now says unavailable. (I hate getting products like this in a zip loc bag -messy,hard to re-seal,etc. Even tho’ no garlic is listed,it is much smellier (strong garlic-like smell to my nose)than the regular Bubbies sauerkraut I’ve been eating lately to boost probiotic intake. I tried this and didn’t like it at all...is a matter of personal preference...wasn’t mushy or anything just not something I like. Am assuming the product in a jar is the same as what I got in the pouch? Have been looking for different fermented veggies to try...if didn’t have multiple health problems would try making some myself.. Guesss I’ll be eating a lot of Bubbies or once I’m no longer housebound will check out what other stores have... ext stop local Koreann grocery for some homemade cucumber or cabbage kimchee-I no longer tolerate spicy but will just eat a little at a time. Wish this had worked out for me though.

I rarely have the time to write reviews due to my busy schedule but this one is an exception. I have never been a fan of store bought sauerkraut due to their pasteurized nature and overly vinegar taste. After extensive research for traditionally fermented saukraut and a few trials and errors; I have finally found the hidden gem, Cleaveland Kraut thanks to Amazon. I decided to go with the mixed variety pack which includes the spicy Gnar Gnar, Roasted Garlic, Whiskey Dill, Classic Caraway sauerkrauts. It was delivered cold in an insulated box with cold gel pack. Cleaveland Kraut is the best Sauerkraut I have ever tasted in my life. All the flavors were fantastic but I have to say my favorite is the roasted garlic but I'm impartial to garlic so it's not a surprise. I like the fact that this company uses the finest ingredients. It is both tasty and healthy. It is so addicting that I pretty much added to every meal or a snack in between meals. Last but not least, the probiotic in the fermented sauerkraut has kept Candida and other pathogenic organism at bay. I did not get sick on my most recent deployment like I usually do due to antibiotic usage to control malaria that leaves my immune system vulnerable to Candida and other pathogens. I definitely recommend this product to everyone as an addition to a healthy lifestyle. Thank you Cleveland Kraut for a great product and I look forward to try other flavors and hope that I never run out.

Very good flavor! I'm a huge beets fan so I had to try this. I love that the cabbage and other veggies are still crunchy unlike regular sauerkraut (the boiled kind you get with kielbasa) I also like that it has the added health benefits of being raw and fermented. I purchased this in effort of getting more fermented foods into my diet and I am loving the versatility of the product. I purchased 4 flavors incuding this one and they are all great. The versatility is endless. I've used them in salad, as a side, on burgers etc.Definitely will be purchasing again

My "Old Country" grandad used to make sauerkraut, and we ate it all the time. In the many years since, I can honesty say that no other krauts compete with Grandad's - until now!Truly.Cleveland Kraut is as good as his and I love having varieties to choose. I also grew up in Cleveland, so I know the real thing--and this is it! Will be ordering more soon. Thanks for a terrific product! Especially love the Beet Kraut.

The kraut itself is excellent; unfortunately the garlic is so strong it is almost inedible. Make sure you not only like garlic, but like a LOT of garlic before you order the garlic kraut

I’m a big fan of fermented and pickled foods, so couldn’t wait to try this. I was not disappointed, as this is tangy, not too sweet, and yet the beet does shine. I try to avoid sandwiches and love this with a grilled hot dog (no bun) or kielbasa.

I found this to be completely inedible. The flavor did not appeal to me at all. Unfortunately, I couldn't finish one bite. I was hoping to experience a tangy, zesty sauerkraut type flavor...instead this tasted like drab mush.

Tastes great, better than others I've had. But it came in a resealable bag, not a jar, which is much more inconvenient to use.
