The Price is Way to High
Good product, but the cost is really high. A huge profit for the seller. I found the same unit at Home Sense and Winners for a fraction of the cost. I guess your paying for the convenience of it being delivered to your house. Should be priced around $20.00 max.

Disappointing
Years ago I purchased an item almost identical and I've been using it ever since.I decided to empty it and use it for things I use frequently as this new sliding basket quality is no comparison.The basket sides are too narrow and easily fall of the track that it should slide on (apart from not being smooth at all either).

Returned used/returned item
Ordered 2 of these. Came in separate shipments. One was fine. The other was obviously returned. Plastic zip ties cut and parts outside the plastic bag. Returned/Used unit is very wobbly and unstable. New unit is stable and as expected. Selling used/returned items as new is unacceptable.

Love this thing!! It is sturdy and great quality. Drawer slides in and out easily. I used this to organize under our kitchen sink!

Sturdy
This unit is sturdy and does what it is supposed to do. You know you can only pull the basket out carefully and not all the way, or you will have it on the floor. It is great and I recommend it, although a bit costly, but it is metal, so has a bit of weight to it versus plastic.
