Nice quality kettle for money
I was looking for a white fully stainless steel kettle inside. After reading the previous comments i have decided to go for it as the other fully stainless steel option was double the price. It is a beautifully made kettle. The fact that it is a bit loud it does not bottom me at all. The only thing i would see as a downsideis the black cord, a white one would've been better. Overall i am pleased with my purchase. Delivery was very quick.

Good jug. rather loud, Hard to read filling up measure as behind handle. does the job
Goes with kitchen as quite modern shape. Could have a quieter boil.

9 months very intensive use and still going strong
I leave very few reviews. But I do appreciate other people's helpful reviews. Not reviews that say a product has changed their life or is amazing when they have just unboxed it. This review is for people who find buying a kettle a frustrating and tedious task and not something you really want to spend a lot of money on. I have had many kettles in my life. My advice having had an expensive Bosch which broke after a couple of months, a very expensive Dualit which also disappointed and cheaper kettles that don't last that long either, is probably don't spend too little but also don't spend a fortune (£100 plus) on something that is likely to disappoint. Basically if you don't want your kettle to be the focus of your kitchen, don't want pointless gimmicks and just want a kettle that boils water that is simply designed, smart looking and is likely to last a reasonable amount of time this is a good option. The minimum amount of water you can boil is a bit higher than some kettles - it is basically one large mug: it also boils quite vigorously for a little while before switching off - but you can just switch it off before. If you fill it up and boil full it's not really quiet and you might think the lid vibrates a bit - but who does that all the time? On the basis of this I will probably buy other Cuisinart products. I have probably tempted fate and it will pack in the moment I place this review but after 9 months very intensive family use it is still going strong and looking as good as it did on day one. That's a real life and hopefully helpful review.

Boils for far too long
Purchased this kettle and it took time to turn off, presumed it was faulty, returned the first one to Amazon for a replacement, eventually the new one started doing the same. The main problem with it boiling for too long is that the cupboards above the kettle get saturated with condensate from the continuous boiling. If the kettle is full when boiling, the hot water spurts out all over the worktop too. Terrible kettle that I am now stuck with, and to top it off, I bought the matching toaster which isn't much better either, toasts one side brilliantly, shame about the other side lol.

Stainless steel interior and well made
Love this kettle. So important that it’s stainless steel on the inside ( not plastic) it’s well made and looks smart!
