Q: I was sent only purple and white, no pink. Can I get a refund or replacement?

I don't know, I would think it depends upon whether they can back order the pink and send it to you when received.

Q: Is there a plastic coating on the paper?.....just incase it gets wet by rain?

Not really i would avoid getting it wet

Q: Do flecks of the glitter come off, or is it printed to look like glitter?

Essentially, no the glitter doesn't come off. The paper is textured and holographic so that it looks glittery but there's no glitter in/on the paper. I scratched and rubbed the surface, and there was no residue.

Q: What tape should i use with it?

I used scotch tape with no problem (but other people have reported it doesn't work). The surface is smoother than glitter wrap.
