Good delivery time, good packing, product works very nicely, easy to operate and good results.Note - 2 weeks after getting this I bought smaller one same brand for traveling.

The product so far works great, but one little problem is the start and stop switch. There is only on/off switch, so if you want to start it you click "on" switch twice, and if you stop for a bit you click "off" and then the whole thing is off again and need to restart it . It gets annoying after a few minutes of adjustments.

Very happy with my purchase. It does a great job cleaning the teeth and my son loves it too, it's so easy to use. Battery lasts long as well, been using it daily for 2 weeks and still goes strong.

I am a long-term user of water floss , bought this unit and weeks later I purchased 2 more for my family.3 months into using it , I only get 1 setting of water flossing working - then it stopped working completely in less than 5 months.Seriously it was a disaster.

Good one with multiple options and very good battery Power.But be careful, it is really very powerful, even with the least option it will be very intense.

I really like this gum irrigator after using it for over a year. It nice to just fill it up and do my whole mouth with one filling. It is easy to use and easy to put together. The charge with the USB lasts a long time. The hose into the reservoir accidentally got cut (my fault) at 1 year and I contacted the company. They sent a replacement hose at no cost. Kudos to customer service.

This is a very nice product and I give it 5 stars for its ability to effectively clean your teeth, ultra-violet germ killing, portability, so many options, and easy to fill tank.I would give it 1 star for its size. The description should say that it is so big you might be spraying all over the place trying to get it positioned correctly in your mouth. And I could never quite figure out the on-off button. I would press it 3 times b4 it would turn on probably my bad, but it was a negative for me.If you can manage it's huge size this would be a great flosser for you. Otherwise you might want to try something like the Waterpik Aquarius Water Flosser Professional. Not the Waterpik Radiance (WF-09CD010-1) though as it tends to leak.

Love the portability and ease of use. Soft and strong settings for comfort on teeth and mouth. Easy fill and use. Many heads to choose from. Handles well and charge lasts long. Easy cleaning. I love that it’s easily tucked away in its own carrying bag and does not clutter up sink area. Screen is small so could be difficult to read if vision impaired. Noticed when using sometimes I would accidentally shut unit off due to power button placement. Easily restarted. Fluid reservoir is good but I refill to complete my oral health care regime. I recommend this product.

This waterflosser is brilliant. Battery last ages and the uv really does keep it clean. Really comfortable to use and cleans so well. Would thoroughly recommend
