I ordered this twice. First, one of the side switches was very loose. CEESC customer service advised me to return it, which I did. As soon as the shipment was collected, I received a refund and re-ordered it.Installation was easy. I installed it in the bottom left corner of the screen.That was 4 months ago. I am impressed by this product. My two cats learned how to use it easily.I only use the bottom switches; these can lock the door completely or in either direction. The side switches seem to be from an earlier version of this product, and are not necessary.The switches have a tiny "tab" that is difficult to move, until you realize the correct technique.- To let the cat out, push the door out and hold it, then push the left switch into the lock position.- To let the cat in, push the door out, then let it swing in and catch it, then push the right switch into the lock position.Easy! The instructions should explain this better.

This was so easy to install and looks great, for a pet flap!
