Jell-O has been around for decades and is still the same. Unable to eat solid food after major surgery, I needed something I could digest and Jell-O filled the bill. Excellent in many recipes too. I wish Amazon had more flavors to offer though. You can mix up a batch of Jell-O in minutes. The ability to mix flavors is also a nice perk.

This is a must have for my summer desserts.

Childhood memories captured in a sugar-free treat. Just kidding - it was colonoscopy prep time and my grocery store was limited in the sugar free options. I forgot how much I liked orange jello. Made it with half hot water and half sparkling mineral water. The mineral water gave it a nice tang, breaking through all the plain sweet options I was stuck with all day. Also notable - cheaper here than at my local grocery store.
