Not very useful for me.
I do my Christmas village every year and thought I'd use this to put a little more detail to the "yards". I was disappointed. Its basically just slightly fuzzy construction paper. I kept it... but sure won't purchase again. It did arrive fast...and for a different purpose it is durable feeling. It is NOT peel and stick.
