I've read a bunch of negative comments on this item. I don't have the OEM to compare to but this seems to be just fine. Its sturdy enough where I don't think it will break during transportation. It is also tinted which some users have claimed it not to be. They have possibly made an update to the item since then? Either or, works as it should.

It works fine but it is pretty flimsy. The clips are made of plastic and break very easy.
