Pathetic service in India
I have 3 dead U6 LRs and I have been chasing Ubiquiti support over email and their app. They are completely non-responsive and only reply after escalating the matter a few times. The replies are typically a forward to someone or just a process step. They build products for enterprises and don't know how to service consumers.Also, their warranty condition of 2 yrs if bought from their website and 1 year if bought elsewhere is something more customers should be aware of before buying their products. Given my experience with support and having had 3 failed devices out of 3, I am very skeptical of recommending their products.
