Easy to setup
Easy to setup, nice image quality, great features, and amazing product support. If you're a power user, they have a CD that allows you to configure the camera from your PC... however, you can easily up the camera and get going just with their free mobile app too.... so literally you get the camera and you're using it like a pro within minutes... it's easy to do.

Very easy setup, just follow the directions
Very easy setup, just follow the directions. It took me longer to unpack the camera than it did to set it up to my wi-fi. The picture is excellent, I especially like the wide angle view. I will be buying another for my daughter to put in the babies room.Just an add on have had the camera for over a month and no problems at all. Have it set up in my living room, I catch my cat on the sofa and can yell at him to get off. I'm out of town and can still catch him! I am ordering a second one today!Received the second camera and have set it up in the kitchen, couldn't be more pleased with the performance of this product. Thinking of getting a third for the family room.I was 300 miles away and caught one of my dogs on top of the kitchen island, I was able to yell at her to get off, by using my cellphone! Lol!

Won't connect to my wireless networks.
Upgrading again. They fixed the software problem that prevented WIFI from working. Static IP address is still not working. Numerous little bugs still exist in the software, but I use Blue Iris so they don't affect me much.I originally rated this one star. I'm upgrading to two stars because they tried quite hard to make it work - created a special document with a lengthy set of instructions including clear graphics to make it work in my environment. It still did not work.I spent about 2 - 3 hours trying to make it work, and I have a lot of networking experience. Possibly a defective unit? But in addition they told me not to expect the normal set up procedure to work on an open wifi system - so this is probably not the camera for you if you use open wifi. They offered to call and work through the problem, but I don't want a complicated solution that I won't remember how to do when I have to redo my network someday so I'm just going to return it - and pay much more for something that works correctly and smoothly. They said they are going to put their Skype contact info on future manuals. Seems like it should be on the web page, and the email address should be prominent also in the support section.========= old review =========The operation of the camera was excellent when it was connected in wired mode. Smooth, quiet, clear including night view, nothing confusing about it.Won't connect to wireless network. Works fine on wired network, but that is not the point of a wireless camera. No phone number. No chat support. Finally found an email for support at the footer of one of their pages. No firmware updates available on the web page. Also can't set a static IP address.

Good for General; not great for detail.
We have an elderly adult we are looking over so we wanted something to put in their room just to see when they are napping or up from a nap and when we can go in see if they need anything.Like: night view, the 1080 resolution (you loose it when you zoom), ability to zoom, use on an app (very helpful), can setup people on the app w/o username and password; see more than one camera at a time on the app (we don't use it, but nice). Not to thrilled; - Delay. There is delay on what's on the screen and what's really happening by about a minute. For example, I noticed our family member was napping so went in and turned off the light near her bed, left the room and returned to my desk and there on the screen was me still in her room walking around her bed and leaving the room. It's about a 30-60 second delay, but for a camera on WIFI and less than 50 feet away, that seems slow to me. - Zooming looses sharpness. Because we're trying not to be discreet about the camera, it's off in a corner of the room on a table so we use the zoom a lot. Not the worst thing in the world, but if you are using it to see if someone is breathing, napping, etc. you might need to look for other indicators because the zoom losses it's sharpness and becomes blurry.- Camera Movement Lags. The camera moves up and down but maybe due to the delay, it's not very good at small movements. e.g. just want to move a little over to the right.Granted, our situation is unique as not everyone is caring for a family member in the home and some of these itesm might change in the future with software updates, etc, so please keep that in mind. However, right now, we're finding it's good for general things, but not for anything detail. Hope this helps.

Cool Camera
I got it for a while and I finally set it up today. Well first of all, the price is very reasonable to me!Set up: If you are following the instructions on the manual, it's quite easy to set up this IP camera. My router located in our laundry room(I don't know why) so I went there to hook up the cable to the camera then I was able to set up the wifi connection, then I can put it at wherever I want!I want to see how clear this little thing can be so I put it outside of our front door, the picture img was pretty nice, even it was a little bit dark outside. Then I moved it back to our dinning room, and put it facing to the staircase. I did test the regular & night view mode. pretty cool. And I have to highlight the walkie-talkie function, caz when I'm at work. I can talk to my little poodle, she won't feel lonely by herself at home.I love this camera and I'm gonna recommend my friend to try this one who has a puppy at home(she normally leave the TV on while she's at work)

Up and running (maybe!)
Took about 20 mins to set-up, including the App download and I was up and running. When I'm at home using wifi it works perfectly. However, because I have a high speed internet system daily I would need to reconnect to my router (was told I needed a 2Hz system rather than my 4/5 Hz), so I returned the camera with no problems...
