Another emergency that WORKS. 2AA cells click securely onto magnet holders and just plugs in and use. Don't try to charge as this is 3volts total. Your phone will work on 3 volts but not charge well. Unplug when not using (for later use) and activate all the 'battery saving' features on the phone. IMO this is for an emergency such as a AC power outage and your phone is almost dead, use this... Again you are not going to be able to fully charge a phone using 3 Volts but if you are trying this it's probably an emergency and you can make calls....You will need TWO AA batteries ONE will not work alone. Raid AA batteries from flashlights and the kids toys if needed. Thus folds up nicely and takes little space. Only put the batteries in when you intend to use it to save space.. Always have a Cell Phone Emergency plan. I always recommend an extra cell phone battery made for your phone but this little gadget does not require you to get inside your Cell. Always keep one flashlight which may become more import than calling...If you don't practice phone survival at least think about it.Show others how it works encase you are absent.

This is not a practical product for people who need to talk on the phone while the charger is connected. You will need two AA that are secured only by the blue band so they wiggle out of place very easily making it hard to use and not practical for storage in a pocket or purse.

Does not work as well as I had expected.

It's a novelty item, but it has "saved the day" when I had no other means to charge my phone. Don't expect to be able to use your phone while charging it with this device. It's too heavy with two batteries in it to stay plugged in when you pick up the phone.

Pros: compact, nice design, easy to use, can be used if the battery is low and needs fast charge.Cons: the batteries are not securely stable in the slots, they are flimsy, the phone battery will not get 100% charge with this charger.My phone restarted several times while I charged it. It has never happened before. I think it is because of the overheat battery.

This is a handy "emergency" charger. For those who like to travel light, this wont take up a lot of room and you can usually find a couple of AA batteries to use in a pinch. I reviewed this on my Facebook and Youtube channels as a possible Father's Day Gift Idea.
