The only thing I've tried to kill so far is moths, which, yes, it will kill moths. That said, moths die if you even look at them mean.This does make a very satisfying popping/zapping noise when a moth touches it. It also has some cool-looking sparks at the same time. However, I've seen a moth fly into this racket, fall to the ground, then shake it off and fly right back up. Definitely not dead. I've found I need to keep the moth in contact with the racket for 2-3 "pops" and by that point, you can smell the burning moth. I mean, maybe moth barbecue is your favorite thing ever, I don't know. I just wish it killed them with one pop.Also, the fact that this takes more than one "zap" to kill moths makes me wonder if it would actually do anything to roaches, spiders or wasps. My guess is no, but I haven't had the opportunity to test that yet.

piece of garbage. worked for maybe a month. I have another brand for years not sure why i switched. This is the most fun with bugs I've ever had. It's 'shockingly' effective. Really really works great. Summer flys are fodder for this remarkable product. I was skeptical when I ordered, now I'm getting another one for downstairs. Recommended to everyone, this thing is awesome! Need batteries, but 100% satisfied!!

Best one of these I've ever used. It says on the handle that it produces a 3000 volt charge on contact. I have hit flies with it and had them survive but the ones that live, get stunned and I'm able to stomp on them while they with around.Update: after 2 weeks of using it, it smashed into a couple pieces and was not for to operate again. It also started getting really glitchy before that happened. I wouldn't recommend anymore.

This little gem does a great job! When we're outside and the mosquitoes start to show up, you just press the button and wave it around. When it connects with an insect you're rewarded with a satisfying "zap"! I'm sorry for Amrit. Bug, but I love no being eaten alive. The item is made of plastic so it is light and easy to use.it takes a few simple batteries that last a long time.

This thing works for small insects and bugs. Flies are mostly too quick for it, though.

The arrived broken. The handle was in about 5 separate pieces floating around in the packaging. I was looking forward to seeing how good this works

Worked for a a week. Did kill flies. Then just stopped working. Meant to send it back but was working a lot and forgot to do it
