Exactly as described, no issues
Needed a house warming gift for a friend. Figured a nice table piece of their name in their house was good start.Would recommend this company if you are looking for a engraving slate coaster.Packaging was secure as seen in images.Quality of the item is perfect, no issues there.Engraving is clear and the back of the coaster has cushioned pads which hold the weight of the slate coaster nicely.Was hesitant about how the bigger Initial of the 'M' would look as it's not in the visual when personalising the item before purchase, only the main text is. But having received the item, I find no faults.The product itself was selected to be a gloss finish and it definitely does that (might be a bit difficult to see in the imageOverall, would use this company again for any future purchases.

Great product, no gift box
Love the coasters, sadly I ordered a gift box which didn't arrive as they came in a small cardboard box which label was stuck to so unusable as a gift box
