I like the smooth rolling and appearance. The front compartment is a neat feature. A bit tight though for what I wanted to pack. The velcro was a bit strong in that compartment so I almost ripped the attachment off the laptop storage pocket while trying to get my laptop out at the airport. It may have been because i didn't open the front compartment all the way. My bad but maybe a snap would be better for fast access. Now I need to be extra careful because it is partially ripped.

I had used it twice before the zipper broke. It was out of the 90-days return policy when I contacted the vendor. The vendor was responsive and sent me a new suitcase within a week. Would recommend buying this vendor.

Returned due to poor zipper quality, they seemed weak like they would easily break. I also didn’t like how I had to hook the loops in to lock it, it was kind of hard to do. This is slightly smaller than I was expecting for a standard carry on. I really really wanted to like this one but unfortunately it’s just not going to cut it.My partner ordered a similar one recently and is has a better system to pop open the front instead of a zipper and the front zippers click into the lock so it’s all easier to access and lock down quickly bc you know how it is when your in the tsa line, it needs to be smooth and easy. Comparatively this one was not good enough. I’m gonna spend a little more for the other one. The other one also has a USB port for charging.

Has a lot of room. Very nice to use. Fits a good amount of things. Is a little heaven with stuff in it but that will happen since it is a hard shell. Fit over head perfectly with no issues.

This was an absolutely amazing piece of luggage.But, when it came down to it. It failed me in more ways then one. The zipper busted on me to begin with. I did my very best to overload the luggage with more than it could bare, but still upon the closing of the suitcase, one of the zippers literally, BUSTED.I loved the chic design, how portable it was and just the overall appearance of the luggage, that I thought I could get passed the zipper.Unfortunately, the moment I made it back from my trip I had trouble opening the suitcase and maintaining the organization that I had previously put in place.It’ll get a 4/10 from me only because it’s design has all of the right features in mind but it lacks being put to the test by a real traveler.If you’d like to send a new luggage, feel free but, you’r definitely not who I’m recommending moving forward, on to the next.

Great suitcase, very sturdy and great for travel

I bought this for a quick getaway with my husband and we both fell In love, my husband had to get one for himself. Very sturdy, easy to maneuver, and perfect for what we needed.

Used this as carry on to Europe ... it's very well built, it's strong and the wheels are very quite .. even on cobblestone streets.

This suitcase came in a beautiful green colour that immediately stood out as looking a little bit different and expensive looking and I fell in love with it immediately. The design works well with the space available, it’s lightweight and easy to wheel around with its 4 wheels. I’m not keen on how it locks as you have to pull both zips together to be able to lock it and it didn’t seem as secure due to the metal ties as if they broke or were cut part of the case could open. The other thing I didn’t like was that you are quite restricted as to which airlines will accept this as cabin baggage-it’s too big for RyanAir and others as well so check the dimensions if you are travelling with a particular airline. But I absolutely love it as a weekend case!
