This was a great solution to our problem with the runner being too long. I could of course have purchased a much shorter runner, but it wouldn't have looked right. The runner was about 7" too long, and we were not able to place one end beneath our heavy entertainment center. I checked the local home improvement store. The only type of carpet binding they had cost more than twice the price of the subject product. Also, the only color choice was beige. I checked Amazon and found Bing in multiple colors. I chose the navy option. The product was easy to work with and the result was great.I recommend this product.

We needed to cut the corner off of an area rug to install a fireplace, and this binding was the perfect finishing touch to keep it from fraying, and it looks professionally done!

The adhesive did not hold the binding to the underside of the carpet. It fell off in a week.

This is exactly what I was looking for and actually exceeded my expectations.

This was actually pretty easy to do! The video was clear and I bound a 6x8 carpet in a couple of hours. The hardest part was using the glue gun for so long. But it looks pretty nice and I didn't have to send it off to be bound anywhere.

This did not work for me. Was expecting flat binding tape not a rolled edge. Could not use for my purposes.

I have an angled dining area off the kitchen which needed a large rug, but I knew would require some trimming to fit. I was very nervous about cutting my brand new rug, but after reading reviews here about this product, I felt I would be able to re-bind it with good results. Overall, I am very pleased with the final product. The color wasn’t an exact match, but I knew that it wouldn’t be going into it. I used a high temp glue gun for adhesion.
