I feel it is falsely advertised. Picture has arrows going up and down and says it’s adjustable. And another picture showing it in a tilt position. There is no way that can happen unless it came with something missing. There is no up and down just some Velcro to adhere to each other. I bought for a gift and was embarrassed to give to them.

It is basically two pieces of foam wrapped in a nice cover and seriously over priced. It does not have an adjustable height feature as the marketing makes you believe.It does the job, but not worth more than $20.

Delivery was a day late, no biggie. I picked up the box and thought, they forgot to put anything in it. Used scissors to open it, and there was my foot rest! Opened it up and put it on the floor and rested my feet on it and instantly LOVED it. NOW I have my feet on it and a cat draped across it because she loves it too. We BOTH give it a huge thumbs up for comfort, size and weight. For a sixty four year old woman who sits at her computer all the time, this is wonderful. I WOULD recommend it, and I know my cat would too. The pain relief is subjective, because nothing will relieve all the pain, but this foot rest is comfortable and lovely.

I'm not the type to paint rosy pictures or mislead others about products. I hold a certain amount of skepticism about consumer reviews; and if you get 5 stars from me, you've earned them! I gave this product 5 stars, because it is firm but soft, thick yet durable. I hoped it would be thick enough and wide enough...and it is! You'll know by the box it comes in. It is the length of the delivery box. You know how products are photoshopped to look bigger than they really are. This is as featured. It allows you to spread your feet apart ( maybe not quite enough if you're over six ft., lets be real!), you can adjust the height by two inches; and they didn't exaggerate in the product description. Now that's rare! I didn't rate on pain relief, it's too soon; but one day's use, and no toe numbness or cutoff circulation. I keep my expectations low, so I'm not disappointed over time. Lets see how long it holds-up under use. It's a good purchase for the price.
