Not good quality for the money
Really disappointed with the quality of this, it was such a pain to install and the locking feature is a nightmare, it is not clear which one does what, you just have to play around with it til you get it right!

Missing screws and fittings
This item is for very thing doors. Not appropriate for thick door because the screws provided are for a door thickness of a few mm. I ordered 2 of them and one of them was missing the screws and gromets. Very poor.

Cats constantly trapped outside
I would not recommend this cat flap.We have two big powerful cats and after a week they had to hit the cat flap so hard they couldn’t get it. So we removed the magnet and that helped for about a day, but then the locking latch slid accidentally and they got locked outside again. Don’t bother with this cat flap.

DO NOT RECOMMEND
Terrible quality, gap at side letting in cold air. Flap gets stuck on clips making it too hard to use. I wish I had checked and returned it before having it installed...DO NOT RECOMMEND...

Great cat door.
I waited awhile to post this review. This cat door works great. Installing the door was ok, instructions were good. Please make sure to trace out the inner cat door opening onto paper, then tape the paper to one side of the door before cutting the hole. I did that and mine turned out very good.Cats review : works good. We don't have to wait for human to open door.

no pasa de lado a lado de manera sencilla....
La puerta y el marco son de buena calidad, sin embargo, está ligeramente descuadrada y una esquina en ocasiones se atora, lo que no le permite al gato entrar y salir facilmente, actualmente, solo la dejé para salir, así que así si me sirve.
