It goes on easily.It faded in the Arizona sun in less than a month (April and May).

Nice looking blue cover for pool railing. This keeps failing cool so One doesn ‘t get hurt getting out or into pool. Highly recommend.

Blue color does not last
The beautiful blue color is short lived. Ours didn't even last one summer. It's now a dull gray color and not very attractive! Not happy!

This handrail cover is a great design and fit well, disappointed how quickly it faded less than 30 days in the Texas heat.
