Good book. Will tell you how to nail telemarketers step by step. It's all up to you to follow through.

Straight-forward, step by step guide to how you can make these losers pay. Exactly what I was looking for. Thanks!

Truth is, the circumstances that might enable one to get paid for spam/robo calls are extremely rare.- Most, if not all errant telemarketers, are bootleg or out-of-country operations, making payments virtually impossible.- Telemarketers have no money to payout...They are SCAMMERS for godsake!!!- There is no government agency that will simply take your complaint and info, and then expend resources to file suit to get you paid. PERIOD!- Even if you did ID a robocalls operator, you would need to hire your own attorney to file suit in the federal courts. $$$$!- Notice that the viral, fake news stories picked up by local news outlets, claiming you can get paid $500-$1500 per call never, ever, feature an actual person who received payment.- Go to the FTC website and explore...Save your money.

This a comprehensive book on how to locate and sue Telemarketers. The book was written in 2016 and the Telemarketers are using a new tool in their arsenal. The new way Telemarketers are getting away with it is caller ID Spoofing. This book will show you how to make extra income by locating and suing Telemarketers.

I like that the demographic for this book is the regular Joe who is tired of getting robocalls. The author spells out basic legal concepts that I didn't know, such as statutory versus actual damages. I recommend this for anyone who has had enough. The laws might tighten this year on violators of the do not call list -- that might make this book applicable to more lives. I haven't yet put this guidance into action, but now I'll be ready to act if I get to that point.
