This was cheap, so I shouldn't expect much, but I would think they would notice this one flaw. You're suppose to be able to press out the frame from the back side of the press, but with this one, it left a deap indent right down the middle so all my pies burst right out the back after forming the pie. The ends did come together nicely though. It was only that line down the middle of the pie crust that ruined it for me.

I am so glad I made this purchase. My empanadas looks better than me trying to get it closed. Cleaning was so easy! Best value for our family. Easy to use and to store. With the one time use, so far, the quality was top notch.
