For the price you cannot go wrong. It's a good tablet.
My main reason to buy this tablet is 2 use Adobe Lightroom. While I travel. outside of that it's really not used for anything else but it performs good the touch of the screen works well. Only 16 gigs of RAM I would definitely remind command getting 128 gig SD card to extend your memory and storage. You can use the external SD card for all your storage except for your apps. Which is fine. All my pictures are stored on Adobe cloud. So I have no worries for running out of storage. The performance is good. Picture quality and video quality is good. Except for when you have poor connections outside of everything I am perfectly happy with this tablet it does a job the screen is big enough. It doesn't lack for formance in Adobe Lightroom. While editing my photos. And when I'm home I can just pick up where I left off on my laptop. Battery life is pretty good it's not the best but I can get about 10 hours of use out of.

Great value for the price
Great value for the price. Pretty zippy performance and lasts long on full charge. Deducted a star for the following:- can't move apps to SD card, and there is only 16gb memory. Fills up fast- a bit bulky, still light, but for 8" tablet a bit on the bulky sideOverall, very happy. Great display, reading, watch movies, work, email... It has handled all I throw at it and I consider myself a power user. Would recommend for the price

Great tablet for the price.
Very nice little tablet. Was looking for something similar to my old nexus 7 and this is very close. It's quite fast and responsive. Nice crisp glass screen and the battery life is great. Also vibrates when you get a message or text. The sound is very good as well for one speaker.

Really great tablet, but have one small issue.
My tablet is the Huawei mediapad T3 8 inch model # KOB-W09. This is a really good tablet, it's zippy and fast with no slow down. Youtube videos play smoothly with no issues (unlike my old tablet). The build quality of the tablet feels very high quality with its aluminum casing. The sound quality isn't groundbreaking but its decent and what you would expect from a tablet of this size and price point. And yes the battery life is really great. Now let's get to the reason why I chose to rate this tablet a 3 out of 5 instead of a 5 out of 5 that I probably would have given it. It's because for some unknown god forbidden reason, there is no way to move apps and games over to the sd card. For some reason, Huawei has decided to restrict doing that. So yeah I decided to dock not 1 but 2 stars for that. However, the micro sd card still fully work with the tablet. For instance, it has no problem playing videos and music off of it. You can store and view photos on it no problem as well. Great tablet overall. It's build quality definitely rivals Samsung no question. But it's a 3 out of 5 because it doesn't allow me to move apps and games to the micro sd card. If Huawei decides to change this option with an update, I would definitely change my review.

battery life holding up like a champ
So far I really like it. I bought this to replace an Asus Zenpad that was being super glitchy and temperamental. It just runs so much smoother, and the battery doesn't go down fast like my Asus. Was on it for an hour or so and it wasn't at 55%, only went down to 44%. That was with me constantly messing/playing with it. I'd recommend it. My only qualm is the system takes up so much of the internal memory, like about half or so. If you have tons of apps I'd see it as a serious problem, but I got all of my stuff in there without a huge issue.Update:Few weeks in, battery life still holding up like a champ. I use it more than my phone at this point (I mainly text so I put my texting app on the tablet while my phone sits off somewhere). Everything's still running great. I really like the little green light that flashes when I have a message/email, rather than like other devices the whole screen lighting up or not at all. Very happy with this tablet.** Update #2 (August 15th)**Battery life continues to amaze me. I sometimes don't need to charge it for several days. But I do keep it in airplane mode when I'm not using it. Still heavily using it daily; games, browsing, texting, watch movies, YouTube, alarm. I highly recommend this tablet. I've had quite a few tablets and this one is the only one that's blown me away with it's performance. Great price too, no need to buy anything pricey.

Lousy Poor Quality Sound produced on speaker
Tablets nice in all respects but one. The sound is terrible. I listen to many podcasts and the sound is like fingernails scrapping on a black board.

Great quality and super long lasting battery charge
the battery lasts about a week, even when you have 20% left it says that you have 8 hours left, it charge very fast like 2 hours, I have no complaints, it works very fast, the only thing that is theres no information of the maximum capacity to insert a sd memory card, neither in the web of huawei, nor in the manual, nor what kind of memory is recommended, such as class 1 ....., and the other disadvantage is that it has no input for a usb, but in general has a low price for the quality of the product, now I hope that after this recommendation I do not start to fail, sometimes when you recommend, you lose your recommendation.

It's pretty good
This tablet works really well for the purpose that I bought it for: reading e-books, listening to podcasts and checking email. I got it to replace a truly ancient iPod touch that I had originally been using for the same purpose til it finally died. The screen looks really nice and it lets me turn the brightness down really low so it's easier to look at in the dark. Camera is okay but not awesome. Battery stays charged for a really long time (I've gone more than a week between charges). It does take half the day to charge back up for some reason. Overall I like it.
