idea support excellent warmth great can get hot at times but turn pillow over still supports neck spine OK shape great design excellent softness excellent pain relief excellent shape great highly recommend best night's sleep had in long time old pillows was waking up early hours of the morning so I bought this pillow to test out love it buy more next month

Tried pillow on my head when it arrived and found it high to my liking but this pillow is not adjustable so I returned it the next day with a plan of ordering one that's adjustable in queen size.I wish I sleep on it as it now worries me that because of my small frame my head might not fit in where it should be which might cause discomfort. One buyer mentioned it on her review.I really like the pillow and hope that the new one I'm buying would be better for me. Will see.

Only had it one night my sleep was great ,was nearly late for work it is that comfy ,woke up with no pain in my neck which is the reason I bought the pillow .

I am struggling with this pillow. Always buy box pillows but these seem all the rage. So i made sure my upper body and head were measured. I looked but felt that it was a risky buy. Im not sure if my smaller frame was right for what i bought. First two nights were hell. I couldnt get my head in position and last night found comfort with it turned upside down. It must be a challenge to many of us smaller side sleepers. Im having to lift m,y neck to drop my head into the dip. The piece pointing down gets right in the way I think il need a box pillow buy...you dont know unless you try. No extra covers available is a real NO. Bad

So far so good. I ordered queen size, it fits in a normal pillow case(just about, the cervical wedge in the middle is tight though)Pillow is firm but not uncomfortableIve had very sore neck for a long time and a very painful shoulder (I'm side sleeper) this pillow has most definitely made a difference to me. I'm in much less pain n I've only had it a few days. Definitely worth the purchase

Well this is not for me says side back and front sleeping.On my side my next is at a big angle downwards so it's not usable that way, on my back main way of sleeping it's the same problem.If I pinch the pillow on its thickest part it's that soft I'm left with like half an inch if that of hight in the middle of the pillow it has a popper to the other side for the look with that means there is 0 foam there used it for 3 nights now, and each night woken up many times always cos of my neck hurting.Will I keep using this pillow no I won't. Will I open it up see if there is room to add foam and remove the popper yea I will.Now this might be OK for some, but for me I have a bigger head than the average person like hard hurts hurt on my head cos too tight.I've yet to find a pillow that support my head well and give me a good night sleep but this one for me is up at the top worst so far

This pillow is very well made, I bought the queen size which is very similar to a standard pillow size, I tried the pillow for around 8 days, starting off with a couple of hours at a time, I purchased it hoping it would help my neck and shoulder pain, which to quite a big degree it did do, but, I then developed severe pain between my shoulders and under my arm pits , so sadly I have decided to return it. I am 75+years, I mention this only because I do think younger people would be able to get some neck and shoulder pain relief from this item, but me being less supple having less muscle it only moved my pains position. I will keep looking.
