So many ways to use this amazing board!!!
It is so well designed and well built! All the previous boards I’ve owned are hard and even the ones they have at my gym are hard. I love the cushion in this one!!!! The cushion is given not only by the platform itself but also by the legs that are made in some type of foam material. The table is sturdy, yet flexible. You can use your bands for your workouts, do push-ups, cardio, yoga, barre, you name it. It won’t hurt your knees at all!!! ❤️
