Great for travel, and for shorter runs
I am a fan of this little collapsible water bottle.I travel weekly, so bringing my fuel belt every week in my suitcase was a hassle. Collapsed, this doesn't take up much space in the suitcase, which works for me. It's got enough capacity to hold water for a hot 5 miler for me (about an hour) during which which I add a nuun tab (leave the cap open a bit to vent while you get dressed). As far as using as a water bottle, It's great. I like being able to squeeze it, and the bite valve works well. When the volume gets a bit low, the strap adjusts quite easily. it's comfortable on the hand, and it's nice that it just kind of hangs on your hand, rather than having to "grip" it the whole time. Lastly, there is enough room in it to store a gel if you like or a hotel key, but not much else (which to me is spot on). Filling the bottle is nice, because I don't have to remove the bottle itself from the sleeve. Additionally, the fabric dries pretty fast, which is good because A) I always spill and B) sweat. The construction seems a bit iffy, but quite frankly I don't see much stress on a couple of the questionable spots, so i think that the bottle and sleeve will last for a long time. While I prefer a fuel belt for most of my runs, this is a very wonderful convenient option.

It does the job
This bottle has pros and cons. The pros - it's lightweight; it's easy to carry and easy to drink from; it doesn't leak, and there's a pocket for your phone. The cons - it tastes like plastic; getting the filled bottle back in the holder is kind of like getting a water balloon into a sock; if you pass a water fountain or something on your route, the top is difficult to get off for refilling; and contrary to a previous review, a Nuun tablet does Not fit in the mouth of the bottle. If you can live with the cons, this is a good value for a lightweight and functional water bottle for running.

Good bottle. Lightweight. All around good purchase for runners
This is an amazing water bottle for running. I’ve admired fabric water bottles for exercising and so finding this, I was lucky. Great bottle, the valve is neither one-way nor free-flow. You bite down slightly to open the flow and suck or squeeze. Good design. It’s zipper pocket fits my iPhoneX and the thick case on my phone. I also keep pepper spray and my car key in there. I want to buy two more for my runner family members now too, and a second one for myself as a backup. The only part I find a little odd, but not a deal breaker: the thumb hole tightening strap could have teeth on it to hold the strap better. I find that after a 3mi run, it loosens up but very little. My grip holds the bottle and it’s not flown off once, I just occasionally tighten it as a drink more water.

Waist of money
Once the water bottle is filled all the way you cannot squeeze it into the holder. You have to have it half filled, squeeze it into the holder then take the lid off and fill it the rest of the way. The top lid area is not flush with the opening. You have to really work at it to get it in there. The zipper pocket is very flimsy. I will be returning this. Just a complete waste of money.

I'm happy, and I'm kind of picky.
When I bought this water bottle, I bought it for running and power walks. I drink a LOT of water so maybe I should have found one with a larger capacity but this one works fine. I see a lot of reviews on here about the water tasting funny. Before I used mine, I rinsed it out with baking soda to eliminate any strange "rubbery" flavors and it tastes fine. I love that I have room to store my house key when the sketchy neighbors are home and I still have room for my energy chews, money and backup headphones. I couldn't fit my phone, but I'm blind and I have a huge phone (stylo 4 for reference). I imagine an iPhone would fit all day. The adjustable strap is a little silly for someone with hands as thin and long as mine. I really appreciate the thumbhole for this reason. I also may try putting a solid bottle inside just to see how it feels.Overall, I really like it and if you don't need much this is a nice low-cost option for hydration during exercise. I think it was really well made and I might buy a couple more for avid hikers in my family.

The bite valve could be better
Pros: Lightweight and doesn't get in the way while running...I'm new to holding a bottle while running. Strap is adjustable and there is a thumb hole to help with the grip. Small pouch is nice but it is small.Cons: It has a bite valve that dribbles water. I've used camelbak bottles and backpack versions, so I understand the concept of a bite valve. This dribbles water and it takes a lot of energy while running trying to get the thing to work. I spilled half the water twice trying to see if it had something to do with how the valve attached to the bottle only for the valve to come right off in my mouth and water spewed all over the ground. Lastly, you can't fill the rubber flask completely because it won't fit within the zipper compartment pouch. If you want to fill it all the way, you'll need to remove the valve and hope you don't squeeze the flask while replacing the valve.

Great
Use this on all my long runs.. I freeze the bottom of the bladder to help keep the water cold. Has a little pocket for extra fuel or to hold you keys/phone. Works great and have no complaints.

Solid low slosh option
Run lots of 5ish mile/50 minute-ish laps. Wanted no slosh option for mild hydration support. This product does the trick. I usually fill 2/3 full for hot 5+milers, keep it cinched snug and trade hands halfway through. Cinch holds well enough. I adjust as water leaves. Probably 20 uses so far. No leaks. Biggest issue is that I have already cut into the bite silicon valve by chomping too hard while learning to use it. Hint: squeeze the bag first then you need very little bite force to release water.

Great case, inferior bite valve
Three Week Edit: I was able to pull off bite valve and put on a hydrapak valve, the flasks themselves fit nicer, I cut the opening on the case about an 1/8th of an inch all the way around so the full lid could easily be passed through so I could fully fill flask and then put into case. Made these much nicer to use. This handheld is a great case, it’s everything you need in a hand held, with that said the soft flask bite valve stinks, it’s stiff and difficult to draw from, do yourself a favour and use a HydraPak 500ml soft flask and throw the one that comes with this in the garbage.

Not fit for purpose
Item received today. I wanted a holder to be able to carry a soft bottle and as this came with its own soft bottle I thought I would give it a go. £17+ for both the holder and the bottle - you would think that the bottle when full would fit in the holder right? Wrong! What is the point in having a 500ml bottle if you can’t fill it to be able to then put it in the holder. The top didn’t come out of the opening in the top of the holder so you couldn’t even fill it while it was in situ. The only way I have managed to get this to function properly is by cutting a bigger hole in the top after getting soaked trying to squish it in. I should’ve sent it back but I need it for my running so I’ve adapted it so it is actually useful. Do not waste your money.

Schlecht zu reinigen
Die Flasche ist sehr schlecht sauber zu halten, ich musste sie deshalb schon jetzt vernichten.
