D3 is important for good health. I live in Florida year round and yet I was still deficient. I started taking these and brought my score up substantially. The vitamins are just fine. I take them daily and have noticed I feel much better with taking them. The only reason I have canceled my next shipment is because the shipments have been coming too frequently and I have a cupboard full of unopened bottles of them. I will start reordering when once I have reduced my current stock. I do recommend them to boost their D2 and or K3.
