匂いもパッケージもお気に入りだったので、購入しました。しかし、箱から取り出すとボトルの所々に目立つ傷がありました。中身に問題はないと思いますが、残念です。ボトル代も含めて払っているわけなので、傷があるのに返品や返金などの対応すらないのは納得いきません。
