This product really cleaned the floor leaving the room smelling nice and fresh.

This is a pleasant but not overpowering smell and seems to do a great job in the vax machine and carpets look clean. Used often as have two dogs so will get through this bottle quite quickly

July 2024 - £12.45 for 1 litre ... shame it doesn't use petrol instead ...Well, when you've spent so much on the machine, better to get the manufacturer's own solution ... if you need that warranty claim, they might just find some residue of some cheaper universal cleaning solution in there and leave you to steam yourself - even if it is genuinely a manufacturer fault. They all love a good get-out clause, probably why they charge so much for the detergent.I bought the VAX Steam Fresh Total Home Steam Cleaner direct from Vax as they were the only ones who had stock of the fully tooled-up version at the time, that's around £160 now ???In for a penny, in for a pound. In for £100+, in for £10+.To be fair, I'll use it for one round of detergent cleaning and the rest will be plain water, the main reason I chose the Vax was because it had the option to add detergent, other steam cleaners are water only and in some cases, you really do need need both.Stars for the extra cleaning power, definitely not for the price, that is robbery, and knocks stars off!PS. Have found it a lot cheaper elsewhere since then - best to shop around ;)

Easy to poure, with it being a smaller bottle, Good at deoderizing the carpet, spraying on before steaming which helps cleaning the mop cap. Pleasant smell. Quality product

Love my Vax steam cleaner & love this dedicated cleaner, which does a good job & leaves a lovely ‘just cleaned’ smell.
