Like most Hoselok products, this is well made, sturdy and fairly easy to put together (a bit of force required here and there to fit the hose reel itself together) and, once the parts are tightly connected it is free of any leaks. I think the box I received had been returned to the supplier by a previous customer as it had obviously been re-sealed and one part was missing (a spring which fits inside the end of the hose) but it doesn't seem to have had any adverse affect. So far, very happy. The price was similar to local DIY stores.

Easy to use and good value

Self assembly required. Components feel a bit flimsy. Haven’t tried the wall mountings, which don’t look terribly strong, but didn’t buy it for that. The hose is fine, but I doubt the reel would last more than a couple of years if mounted and left outside all year round.

Is easy to assemble and wind up and store when not in use. Has carry handle for easy transportation and can be fixed to the wall. Weather proof and sturdy

Like many others who have reviewed this product, I found significant difficulties getting a watertight connection between the spindle connector that fits into the reel and the hosepipe (see photo). After contacting Hozelock I realised that was because I had fitted the anti-kink spring (which goes inside this connection) incorrectly. The guidance in this respect is totally inadequate. I eventually found the best way to fit the anti-kink spring correctly is to pass it through the connector from the outside end of the connector until it will not go any further. I also found it was too tight to push through from the outside and resolved the problem by fixing a piece of chord to the end of the spring and pulling it though the connector from the outside end to the hose end. It is too tight a fit to push through, but it will pull through. Once I had the spring in the right place there was no longer a leak and everything was fine, but the assembly pictures on the box are grossly inadequate in this respect. They suggest the spring should be pushed into the connector from the inside (hose) end, but no way will the wide part of the spring where the hook end joins the spring end go through the width of the hole. Unless I had a 'bad' spring, pulling it through from the outside end is the only way. Hozelock did send me a PowerPoint presentation which showed me that I had fitted the spring incorrectly, but not in a million years would I have worked out the correct way without it.

Buona qualità, adeguata al prezzo. La ricomprerei.Istruzioni per il montaggio appena sufficienti (comunque sufficienti), forse non proprio alla portata di chiunque.

La manguera al ser ligeramente fina se enreda y hace dobleces con facilidad. Hay que montar porque viene totalmente desmontada. Lleva tiempo montarla, una hora aproximadamente. En general va bien equipada con varios adaptadores y lo necesario para montar en la pared si lo necesitas.

Très bon produit. Semble solide. Dommage que le tuyau de raccordement au réseau ne soit pas fourni avec et qu'il faille l'acheter en plus.

tutto come descritto un prodotto buono.Il tubo non e di una portata elevata ma va bene per annaffiare fiori o lavare la macchina non va bene per giardini tropo grandi .il prodotto e da assemblare non ce la lingua italiana bisogna avere un po di praticita .niente di impossibile .la consegna ed il servizio amazon tutto perfetto.
