Seem ok but I can't say what the difference would have been had they not been used? Can't tell if spots would have got worse (which they didn't) had I not used them?

I think first of all if you are serious about getting rid of spots you have to do a little research into it. Spots happen for many reasons and I suggest that changing your diet while you are taking these. I do not mean a dramatic change just less of these things ie Alcohol, Coffee, Fried food and drink plenty of water. For severe acne I would not recommend to take I would go to the doctor for that, but overall yes it works to a degree that it can actually it make worse for a number of weeks as the liver and kidneys and digestive system get used to the change and clears out bad stuff. As now I know why I get acne in a certain area I am mindful of how much intake of the certain drink and food I have had. Also buy a soap that is not harmful and cleanses rather than dry it and dose not tighten your skin and wash the area everyday and night it does work eventually.

This product gives you everything you need, I take one capsule in the morning and one at night, overall this product if great, it keeps you looking fresh and healthy

Absolute waste of money, didn't work at all and smelt awful !

I'm going to have to disagree with the other reviwers ... I like the idea of these tablets curing the root cause of acne, as they have a very high content of vitamins and minerals that are supposed to improve the complexion. However for me they had no noticeable effect. I don't know, maybe for me I already have a good enough diet?
