The burner is very pretty and lovely design. Smaller than I imagined and not a big gap between tealight and bottom of bowl.I placed a soy tealight under bowl and a soy wax melt in bowl. The burner became vey hot to touch, soy tealights burn at lower temp than paraffin tealights.The holes on burner had smoke coming through them , none of my burners have ever done this.This item in my opinion is for decorative use only and not for purpose as described

This is fine and it works but it’s not finished especially well. I bought mine for my own use so it doesn’t matter but I’d have been disappointed if it had been a gift. The glaze is patchy in places which spoils it a bit. The overall effect is nice, though, with the grass pattern showing up well on the black background. Not bad value for money.

Good item a lot smaller than I expected but still works well

I was looking for a ceramic oil burner with large water basin on the top with good design as a gift for my friend.I thought this one was it! However, when I opened the box, I was disappointed with the look. My burner was not glazed evenly that made uneven surface of the basin. The opening to put tealight in was not symmetry, which made to look like the mouth of a man in Edvard Munch's painting 'Scream'! Therefore, I gave up to give it to my dear friend and kept it home. I can't be bothered to return it for refund as it wouldn't cover all my payments. I haven't used it yet but I'm sure it would function well, that's why I'll give three stars. Just the image of Scream puts me off. Those who get perfectly glazed, even surfaced burners with symmetrical opening are very lucky. The shop doesn't seem to check their stock's quality. Perhaps it doesn't matter for them at this price.

Great value

Got this product and it came really dusty and relatively dirty, but after a clean up, it is really nice. Ladies love the look and it has gotten me the most sex I've had in years. Haven't burned any oils in it as yet but I'm very satisfied with the product.

Good quality. Thick ceramic and nice pattern. Mine came a little scuffed but nothing which could be noticed too bad. I put wax melts in mine and the dish is quite deep for them.
