Mrs Dash Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend 71g Jar

I bought this as I am trying to eat clean and cut out the processed junk. Eating clean is all good and well but healthy eating can be bland and boring! I've checked out a few youtube video's and noticed people using Mrs Dash seasoning to give food some flavour. I bought the Spicy, Lemon Pepper and Lime ones. So far I have created a rub using the spice mix wih a tbsp of olive oil and mariniated Chicken and Fish. I have to say it makes the food more enjoyable to eat. There is no salt so I add this from time to time as my sodium intake is low anyway.I would recommend to others to season their food, it is a bit pricey but not sure you can get anything similar from your local supermarket as this is a US product. I should have my six pack in no time!

I'm currently on a high protein strict diet that requires no salt. Within my diet plan I was recommended Mrs dash salt free seasonings as a way of seasoning my meals without the added salt. My trainer is American so a lot of the foods and sauces he recommends are really difficult to get here in the uk. I googled around and was absolutely delighted to find Mrs dash on Amazon. I purchased several flavours to try out which included this one, lemon and herb which I use for fish, chicken grilling which adds a great bbq style and garlic and herb flavour.My meals consist of a lot of chicken and fish which can become really bland so I'm very thankful for these. Mrs dash also does marinades but sadly they aren't available in the uk and shipping is expensive so at the moment I will continue with these. These aren't available of prime however when I order these they always arrive within 2 days. I'm very happy with the products and service offered by this particular company and would recommend

SO good and very good flavour. Has a good kick of spice but not too much! Great way to add spice without adding salt to the dish.
