Had an emergency nephrostomy after a kidney stone blocked my ureter. It’s a huge adjustment! I have sensory issues and the elastic leg straps feel scratchy and I’m still paranoid about the bag dropping and pulling the tube out of my kidney. These are great. Yeah the material could be better (it’s a bit like the net knickers that hold incontinence pads) but it’s quite soft. Certainly softer than elastic and Velcro! The bags crinkle up with straps too and don’t feel that secure. These are great. I didn’t measure, just ordered a medium and it’s a perfect fit. Tight, but doesn’t feel it with 4 way stretch and it isn’t going to cut off my circulation. These bag feels secure, even when full it is staying put. Feels better under clothing too. It’s good to not have the clammy bag next to my skin sloshing around. I’d highly recommend these if you have sensory issues.The tap is easily accessible (mine has a tap that pulls downwards) without any fiddling. I just need to experiment with where the tap goes, probably inner thigh is more comfortable for me.I’m glad products like this exist as honestly, adjusting to a nephrostomy is tough! I feel like u can get on with my life with these.

Extremely useful add on to your catheter care collection, helpful when you’re sick to death of leg straps, but you really are better off with a flip flow valveGood selection so you can keep them clean and a good price

Life changing, after 2 weeks in hospital having kidney, ureter, bladder,prostate and urethra removed(cancer) I came home with the standard leg night bag, it was uncomfortable, the velcro straps were terrible, the bag was cold on my leg,I would get up after about 4 hours and take it off and then get up every couple of hours to ensure my stoma bag was emptyed, then I bought this... the first night I put it on I instantly felt the difference, no annoying straps and couldn't feel my night bag as it fit's in a pouch in the front, for the first time since leaving hospital (3 weeks) I slept for 8 hours without emptying or getting up,it didn't slip down or move, it was in the same position when I put it on, when measuring my leg I could have went for the medium or large I choose the medium for a tighter fit, I totally recommend,

These are helpful, but for the price they're not very thick or substantial. When the bag is empty they sit nicely against the leg, but once it's half full they start to drag down. And there is no way they can hold a full bag against the leg by themselves. Using them with elastics does work and it is more comfortable than without, but I don't think from the purchase picture you can get a real idea of how thin the fabric is.

This is the first time my husband has used these sleeves and immediately he said "oh thats so much better"the material is very soft and the pocket at the front means the bag is not next to your skin.Its nice to see someones life improve with these fix sleeves, thus making me happy that i could help .

The material it is made from is very soft and stretchy materials that it has an inner part for the bag so it’s not next to the skin .We chose this as my husband is allergic to the stick on urgofix.

States laundry bag but this is not included so disappointed as to how to be able to put in washing machine
